Refund and Date Change Policy

At Game of Trips, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. We strive to ensure your bookings are hassle-free and seamless. However, we want to clearly outline our policy regarding refunds and booking changes.

We collect a booking amount to confirm your reservation, which is non-refundable under any circumstances. This booking amount secures your spot and helps us manage our resources efficiently. Please make sure to confirm your plans before completing the booking. Once confirmed, the booking amount cannot be returned or refunded.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or changes in your plans, we understand that you may need to reschedule your booking. To accommodate such requests, we allow one-time changes to the booking date, provided that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date of your activity. Any requests to change the booking date made within 48 hours of the activity will not be accepted.

While the booking amount remains non-refundable, we will do our best to reschedule your activity on a date of your choice, subject to availability. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will assist you in finding an alternative date that suits your schedule.
